Are alterations included in the price?No they’re not, but in the event that alterations are needed we keep them to a minimum charge. Bustling of a wedding gown is an additional charge depending on what type of bustle you choose. All dresses are pressed and bagged, ready to walk down the isle. We have a professional team that does all our in-house alterations with over 30 years tailoring experience. Weddings by Pilcher’s also will do custom alterations for the bride and her wedding party. We can make you a one of a kind wedding gown for your special day.
What should I bring to my fitting?Good question! In order to be fitted properly you will need all your under garments and shoes. Here at Weddings by Pilcher’s we have a wide selection of bras, slips and shoes to choose from, if buying elsewhere bring those items for your fitting. On Saturdays we would like you to have an appointment so we can set enough time aside for you.
What payment is due and when?We request a 50% deposit on any dress that is ordered, then the remaining balance can be paid monthly or all at the end, just as long as everything is paid off before leaving the store.
